When you connect third-party services (Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP), their respective privacy policies apply to data processed by those services.

7. AI Processing

Our AI scoring and insights features process your business data locally. No personal data is sent to external AI services.

8. Mobile Application

Our mobile apps (Android and iOS) store authentication tokens securely using platform-native secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). The apps require internet access to communicate with our API servers over HTTPS. No data is stored in plain text on the device.

9. Permissions

The mobile app requests only the Internet permission. No access to contacts, camera, location, or other sensitive device features is required.

10. Children's Privacy

RevPulse AI is designed for business professionals and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
